Quill Accounting and Tax, LLC was established in 2014. For 10 years the firm has been preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses. Our niche is customer centered services. We also provide bookkeeping services at an affordable rate. Donnie T.A.M. Kern is the founder. 

Donnie is a graduate of Liberty University with his Master of Science in Accounting. He earned his Enrolled Agent Credential from the United States Department of the Treasury in 2014. 

We primarily serve residents located in Virginia. We provide discounts to veterans formerly served or currently serving. We also organize charitable nonprofits pro bono. 

We also provide Notary services. Donnie is a commission Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
